1. Purpose

Cosmic Array is a tool for self-discovery and entertainment. This policy defines the boundaries of how you may interact with our system.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Cosmic Array.

3. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to misuse the Cosmic Array services. You must not:

• Reverse Engineer: Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the AI prompts, "Oracle" logic, or synthesis algorithms.
• Automated Scraping: Use bots, scrapers, or automated scripts to access the Library or generate Blueprints without authorization.
• Harmful Content: Upload images that contain nudity, violence, or illegal content under the guise of "palmistry photos."
• Impersonation: Generate blueprints for others without their explicit consent.
• Harassment or Stalking: Use any information obtained through the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm any person.
• Circumvent Security: Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service, including the cookie consent mechanism.
• Illegal Activity: Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.

4. API Usage

If we provide API access in the future, you agree to respect rate limits and not use the API to build a competing product that replicates the "Cosmic Array" synthesis engine.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if we detect a violation of this policy. No refund will be issued for access terminated due to policy violations.
