1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cosmic Array ("the Service"), operated by G Wright Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Cosmic Array, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Entertainment Purposes Only

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.

By using Cosmic Array, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The "Blueprint," archetypes, and insights generated are based on symbolic systems (Astrology, Numerology, Palmistry) and AI interpretation.
  • No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy, reliability, or validity of the results.
  • The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.
  • You should not rely on the Service for any medical diagnosis, legal counsel, financial decisions, or other critical life decisions.

4. Account & Access

Tiers

The Service offers multiple access tiers (Initiate, Architect, Alchemist, Seer), each providing different levels of analysis depth and features. Tier details and pricing are displayed on the blueprint page.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

Cosmic Key

Upon purchase, you receive a unique Cosmic Key that can be used to restore your tier access. You are responsible for saving and securing your Cosmic Key. We cannot recover lost keys.

5. User Content

Data You Provide

By uploading palm photographs and entering birth data, you grant G Wright Enterprises LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process this data solely for the purpose of generating your blueprint report. This license terminates immediately upon completion of processing.

No Storage

We do not retain your personal data, palm photographs, or birth data after report generation. Data is processed in real-time and discarded.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Rights: The Cosmic Array brand, website design, source code, synthesis algorithms, prompt engineering, and all associated intellectual property are owned by G Wright Enterprises LLC. All rights reserved.
  • Your Rights: You own the final Blueprint PDF generated for you. You are free to share, print, post, or distribute your personal report.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In addition, you must not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm others
  • Misrepresent your identity or generate blueprints for others without their explicit consent

8. Payment & Refunds

  • All purchases are for digital goods delivered instantly upon generation.
  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a blueprint has been generated.
  • If you experience a technical issue that prevents report generation, contact us via our Support page and we will work to resolve it.

9. "As-Is" and "As-Available" Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. G Wright Enterprises LLC expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, G Wright Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any third-party conduct on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Any other matter relating to the Service

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless G Wright Enterprises LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting us through our Support page. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any remaining dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in California, USA. Each party shall bear their own costs.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Waiver

The failure of G Wright Enterprises LLC to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and G Wright Enterprises LLC regarding the Service.
