Head Center (Pressure)
Pressure to think and ask questions. Defined: Fixed way of thinking. Undefined: Open to inspiration, thinks about things that don't matter.
Ajna Center (Awareness)
Processing and conceptualizing. Defined: Fixed beliefs and mental certainty. Undefined: Open-minded, struggles with mental consistency.
Throat Center (Manifestation)
Communication and action. Defined: Speaks consistently. Undefined: Speaks in different voices, amplifies others.
G-Center (Identity)
Love, direction, and self. Defined: Fixed sense of self and direction. Undefined: Chamelon-like identity, takes on the direction of others.
Heart/Ego Center (Motor)
Willpower and value. Defined: Consistent willpower and self-worth. Undefined: Inconsistent will, struggles with proving worth.
Sacral Center (Motor)
Life force and work energy. Defined: Sustainable energy to work. Undefined: No sustainable energy, needs frequent rest, amplifies life force.
Solar Plexus (Motor/Awareness)
Emotion and spirit. Defined: Emotional wave (highs/lows). Undefined: Empathic, absorbs and amplifies the emotions of others.
Spleen Center (Awareness)
Survival, health, and intuition. Defined: Strong immune system, feel-good intuition. Undefined: Sensitive immune system, holds onto things longer than necessary.
Root Center (Pressure/Motor)
Adrenaline and stress. Defined: Handles stress well, fixed pulse. Undefined: Amplifies stress, feels pressure to finish things quickly.
