What it means
An Expression 11 carries the tact of the 2 with an extra charge of insight. They often sense things before they can explain them, and people come to them for guidance or inspiration. The energy runs high, which can feel like nervous tension. The lesson is grounding: turning flashes of insight into something other people can use.

How to calculate it
Write out your full birth name and give each letter its Pythagorean value: A, J and S are 1; B, K and T are 2; and so on up to I and R, which are 9. Add every letter, then reduce the total to a single digit, keeping 11, 22 and 33 whole. Accents don't change a letter's value. Example: Iris Stone. Iris: 9 + 9 + 9 + 1 = 28 and Stone: 1 + 2 + 6 + 5 + 5 = 19. Together 28 + 19 = 47, then 4 + 7 = 11. The total stops at a master number, so it isn't reduced further.
