What it means
An Expression 2 is good at the work that keeps groups together: listening, smoothing things over, noticing who has gone quiet. They often do best as a partner, adviser or mediator, and they tend to make other people better at their jobs. The lesson is trusting their own judgment instead of waiting for agreement.
Strengths
Diplomacy, patience, cooperation, attention to detail and a strong sense of what people need.
Challenges
Avoiding conflict, taking criticism to heart, playing small, and putting other people's plans ahead of their own.
How to calculate it
Write out your full birth name and give each letter its Pythagorean value: A, J and S are 1; B, K and T are 2; and so on up to I and R, which are 9. Add every letter, then reduce the total to a single digit, keeping 11, 22 and 33 whole. Accents don't change a letter's value. Example: Jack Bell. Jack: 1 + 1 + 3 + 2 = 7 and Bell: 2 + 5 + 3 + 3 = 13. Together 7 + 13 = 20, then 2 + 0 = 2.
