What it means
An Expression 6 is drawn to looking after others, at home, in a community or through work such as teaching, healing or design. People bring them their problems. They usually have a sense of how things should look and feel. The lesson is letting other people take responsibility for their own lives.
Strengths

Challenges
Perfectionism, worry, over-giving, and stepping in where help wasn't asked for.
How to calculate it
Write out your full birth name and give each letter its Pythagorean value: A, J and S are 1; B, K and T are 2; and so on up to I and R, which are 9. Add every letter, then reduce the total to a single digit, keeping 11, 22 and 33 whole. Accents don't change a letter's value. Example: Zara Reed. Zara: 8 + 1 + 9 + 1 = 19 and Reed: 9 + 5 + 5 + 4 = 23. Together 19 + 23 = 42, then 4 + 2 = 6.
