What it means
An Expression 9 cares about the world beyond their own life. They often end up in work that helps people or says something through art, and they can see the big picture when others are stuck in details. They give generously. The lesson is letting go, of old hurts and of the need to save everyone.

How to calculate it
Write out your full birth name and give each letter its Pythagorean value: A, J and S are 1; B, K and T are 2; and so on up to I and R, which are 9. Add every letter, then reduce the total to a single digit, keeping 11, 22 and 33 whole. Accents don't change a letter's value. Example: Emma Bell. Emma: 5 + 4 + 4 + 1 = 14 and Bell: 2 + 5 + 3 + 3 = 13. Together 14 + 13 = 27, then 2 + 7 = 9.
