Work with the month and day only: reduce each separately, keeping 11 and 22 whole, add 11 for 2027, then reduce the total the same way. Example: March 15. March is 3, and 15 becomes 1+5 = 6. Then 3+6+11 = 20, and 2+0 = 2. Some birthdays reach 29 or 38 instead, which reduce to 11 and stay there, so those people are in a Personal Year 11.
