What it means
A Sagittarius Moon copes by finding a reason, a lesson or a joke. When feelings get heavy it often wants to get out, literally or mentally, with travel, a new idea or a long talk about what it all means. That optimism is a real strength, and it can also mean skipping past feelings that need more time.
What it needs to feel safe
Space and something to look forward to. Feeling fenced in, whether by routine, rules or a clingy relationship, unsettles a Sagittarius Moon. It feels cared for when people give it freedom and share its sense of adventure.
Strengths
Optimism, humor, honesty, generosity and an ability to recover from setbacks with perspective.
Challenges
Restlessness, avoiding heavy feelings, bluntness, and pulling away when a relationship asks for too much too soon.
How to find your Moon sign
The Moon moves fast. It changes sign every two to two and a half days, so on more than 4 out of 10 days it moves from one sign to the next, and your birth date alone may not settle it. Your birth time and place do. If you don't know your birth time, the free blueprint calculates the Moon for noon on your birthday, which is right most of the time but can miss if the Moon changed sign that day.
How Cosmic Array reads it
Your Moon is what you need; your Sun is what you are aiming at; your Rising is how you come across. They often disagree. A Sagittarius Moon with a Taurus Sun, for example, may love a steady home and routine and still need regular escapes to feel alive. Cosmic Array reads your Moon next to your Sun, Rising, numerology and Human Design, and where they pull in different directions, the blueprint names that tension instead of picking one side.
