What it means
Projectors are built to understand people and systems, not to push through long stretches of work. Their aura is described as focused and absorbing. When they are recognized and invited, their guidance lands. When they force it, it tends to be ignored.
Strategy, signature and not-self theme
Strategy: wait for the invitation. Signature, the feeling of being on track: success. Not-self theme, the sign of being off track: bitterness.
Strengths
Insight, guidance and managing other people's energy well.
Challenges
Burnout from trying to keep up with energy types built for constant output, and bitterness when their insight goes unrecognized. Rest matters more for a Projector than for most.
