What it means
A defined Solar Plexus runs on a wave. Feelings rise and fall, sometimes over hours, sometimes over days, and each point on the wave shows a different version of the truth. A yes on a high can turn into a no on a low. Human Design says clarity for these people comes over time, as the wave plays out. Emotional clarity isn't excitement or certainty. It is a calm, steady feeling about the decision that stays the same across the ups and downs.
How to use it
Sleep on it. For a big decision, let several days pass and notice how you feel about it on good days and bad. If someone pushes for an answer now, it's fine to say you need time. Small everyday choices don't need the full wait, but anything that commits you to people, money or a move does.
Who has it
Any type except the Reflector can have Emotional authority: Generators, Manifesting Generators, Manifestors and Projectors. If the Solar Plexus is defined, it outranks every other center, including the Sacral.
Common mistakes
Deciding on a high and regretting it later, deciding on a low and turning down something good, mistaking urgency for clarity, and trying to talk yourself out of the wave instead of waiting it out.
